Custom Slaughter

  • Custom Pork Slaughter only.
  • Call ahead at least 2 weeks for reserving a slaughter for your livestock.
  • All services on your livestock are cut to order. See attached order form.
  • All wrapped and frozen items are vacuum packed.
  • All Smoked items are hickory smoked.
  • Country Hams are a dry cure.
  • City hams are a wet cure.
  • Country Ham process takes typically 4-8 weeks curing time and aged to order.
  • City Ham process takes typically 4 weeks in cure and ready to pick up on the 5th week.
  • Bacon cured, smoked and sliced takes typically 2-3 weeks.

Deer Processing

  • All deer received must be accompanied by the legal documentation of the harvest
  • All deer must be field dressed prior to drop off.
  • Call ahead to ensure a successful drop off will be achieved.
  • All deer meat returned is guaranteed to be the deer meat you drop off. Your meat will not be processed with someone else's.
  • All specialty deer processing services include Deer Bologna, Sausage, Jerky, and Snack Sticks.
  • All deer orders will be skinned, cut, burger ground, vacuum packed, and froze unless otherwise specified.
  • Caped deer will be an additional charge.

Pigs For BBQ

  • Orders must be received at least two weeks prior to the pick up date in mind
  • Prices are associated with weight and are listed below
  • There will be additional charge for altering the appearance of the pig with cherries, apples, painting of toe nails, etc
  • All pigs will be dressed and cleaned prior to pick up
